Since opening Redoak in 2004, siblings David and Janet Hollyoak have created Australia’s most awarded brewery. Redoak brews over 30 beer styles without preservatives/additives, and takes pride in showcasing premium boutique beers, teaching the finer qualities of beer appreciation, beer progressions and the meticulous matching of beer and food. They have even created their own range of beer ice creams and sorbets.
