121BC Cantina and Enoteca is the exclusive importer of a growing number of mostly biodynamic 'natural' wines from all over Italy. The wines are selected mainly from small, family-run vineyards, from low-yielding and autochthonous (local) vines after meeting with producers, visiting the vineyards and tasting and tasting . . . .

Wines by the glass in the enoteca (the bar) represent all 21 Italian regions. These wines change monthly. The bottle selection is anything from the cantina. The food is simple and seasonal.

There are over 300 wines from all regions of Italy available in the cantina (the shop). There is a large selection of wines made from the nebbiolo grape, demonstrating its diversity.
