Reception was very accommodating changing the room type upon our early check in to twin beds with no issue Appreciated the welcome gift as always Staff were very friendly The only miss was only 2 towels for 3 people

No small complimentary milk in fridge, no writing pad in room, no brochures about Sydney attractions available, no desk and chair in room - Only normal eating table with no handy powerpoint to plug in my laptop, no netflix on TV available, not enough toweling for my frirnds even though booking stated number of adults, no newspapers available. no clock radio in bedroom, crazy door system between bathroom, laundry and kitchen areas - potential for injury, asked if any discounts for NRMA or other memberships available when booking - no reply, 3 nights there but no room service to tidy up each day, no free parking so my cost added to significantly for wilson parking, no bath only shower, no light over mirror in bathroom, shower recess see thru and no privacy so if one of my friends wanted to use toilet had to wait. For the cost I had to pay for accommodation and parking , not worth it.

I enjoyed the Buffet Breakfast and friendly staff in the Restaurant. The only thing I would say is the Bathroom door was a little hard to open, you would have to push it very hard to open.

4 nights staying in a one bed apartment. Second time staying here. First time around 2018. Updated since last visit. Nice, clean, modern apartment . Staff very friendly and accommodating. Easy walking to Darling Harbor, Circular Quay, Westfield shops and Tower, Train and Trams. Best location for those. Only one criticism. Breakfast expensive for what it is. $30. Will definitely stay here again.
