In 2013, ANZ Stadium will play host the biggest rivalry in Australian sport when NSW take on QLD in 2 matches at the venue. The series takes on extra importance, as the Blues under new coach Laurie Daley look to end the Maroons record breaking seven consecutive series winning streak.

2014 FIFA World Cup Asian Qualifier – Socceroos V Iraq
18th June 2013

ANZ Stadium is set to host the final group match in the 4th phase of the 2014 FIFA World Cup Asian Qualifiers.
Playing their final game against Iraq, the Qantas Socceroos will be looking to secure all three points in the hope to gain qualification for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

International Ice Hockey USA v Canada
22nd June 2013

Pro North American Invitational teams, USA and Canada, will face off in the biggest action sports event of the year. AMERICAN ICE HOCKEY! An NHL spec temporary ice hockey rink will be installed in Sydney's Allphones Arena, where USA and Canada will face off, at this event of epic proportions.

British and Irish Lions Tour

The British & Irish Lions is one of the most iconic sporting teams in the world, drawn from the best players in England, Ireland, Wales and Scotland. The team tours Australia once every 12 years and matches are famous for their vibrant colour and festival atmosphere. After the Rugby World Cup, there is no bigger event in international Rugby than a British & Irish Lions Tour.

Bledisloe Cup – Qantas Wallabies vs All Blacks

V8 Supercars Sydney Telstra 500

The streets of Sydney will host the ultimate V8 Supercars Championship finale at the Sydney 500, December 6 - 8. Experience the first finale of the new V8 Supercars era as four manufacturer's battle through Sydney Olympic Park to lay claim of the 2013 V8 Supercars Championship.

Olympic Park Sprint operates between Lidcombe and Olympic Park Station at 20 minute intervals

Sydney Buses operates two daily fulltime bus services to and from Sydney Olympic Park to the following locations: Parramatta station

Approximately 15 min taxi ride

Parramatta Station/Wharf
A complimentary return shuttle service runs from Parramatta Station to Parramatta Wharf to Rosehill Gardens Racecourse. Pick ups from Parramatta Station (Argyle Street) at 9.40am, 10.40am, 11.40am, 12.40pm & 1.25pm. Return service from Unwin Street operates at  3.40pm, 4.40pm, 5.40pm & 6.02pm to Parramatta Wharf and Parramatta Station on request.
