Well located but uncomfortable

Beds are extremely uncomfortable - both the mattress and pillows aren’t firm which makes for a sore sleep. Additionally, requested a late checkout and was never communicated with about this preference and it was not granted upon arrival despite the given lead time.

My Accor profile states that we prefer to be in a room that's quiet. However, the room given to us is right next to a busy street. We are very "light sleepers" so for 2 nights, we didn't have a good sleep. What we liked about our stay though is that the chef is very accommodating for our request for breakfast, which is to cook us a really nice 'sunny-side-up eggs' and crispy bacon. Thank you Chef.
