Business presentations can be performed with ease at Mantra Chatswood and delegates will be impressed with the ambient private conference rooms and state of the art audio visual equipment that can cater for up to 110 delegates. The North Shore room can also be divided into two smaller meeting rooms and offer soundproof walls. Breakout conference rooms are also available.

At Mantra Chatswood attention to detail is paramount; whether it’s a cocktail party for 10 or a wedding reception for 110. As Sydney’s upper North Shore’s newest wedding venue, our team includes a dedicated wedding coordinator who will ensure every detail is perfect for your special day.

Themed events can also be catered for and our expert team will assist you with a creative conference, wedding or function that will impress even the most discerning guests. With a number of venues to choose from including our gorgeous breezy balcony, fully equipped function rooms or modern Zipprestaurantbar.
Whether it’s a coffee break or a conference luncheon, a party or a sit-down banquet, we'll make sure catering is always perfect and offer a range of menus and beverage packages to suit all occasions and budgets. 

Conference Special

Book a conference at Mantra Chatswood and hold it in August or September to receive a discounted upgrade to our Premium Package. Usually $75, we are offering it in these two months for only $65* per head.

The Premium Package includes: arrival refreshments, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, flipchart, whiteboard, screen in function room, iced water, soft drinks, mints and sweets, and complimentary room hire for bookings over 20 pax consuming day delegate package.

On completion of your conference stay over in our accommodation rooms starting from $213 for a Studio Room and $240 for a One Bedroom Apartment including breakfast.

All conferences must be paid in full five days prior to function unless company has an account with us. Minimum of 20 delegates must attend to receive this deal.

Mantra Chatswood Conference Loyalty Card

For every booking over 20 pax (consuming day delegate catering), the client will receive one stamp. After the client has 5 stamps, their 6th event will be 50% off the day delegate price.      

• Day Delegate Package -$65.00   
• Room Hire Charge - Complimentary if 20 or more delegates are attending and consume day delegate package 

Terms and conditions: To get a stamp, the booking needs to be for over 20 pax all consuming the day delegate package ($65.00 per head)
