It is great! The studio apartment so spacious with everything you need and more. Extremely happy, if I was able to afford the cost my stay would of been extended in a heartbeat

Not as good as usual

I arrived at about 5.30pm. There was no one at reception and I waited a good 10 mins before a girl turned up. No apology. No acknowledgement of my platinum status, no upgrade or even a ‘sorry not possible’. No welcome drink provided. The wifi was not working, the shower was lukewarm in the morning - not up to standard.

I stayed at Mantra as it was a convenient drive to the hospital where I was visiting someone I knew. As an Accor Gold member, I received a complimentary bottle of wine. The room was well appointed and very clean and the staff very accommodating and friendly. Other than the wine cap being unable to be opened ( even by the staff ) and having to be replaced, My stay was quite comfortable
