From January 24 - February 23 this year, Perth will be taken over by a horde of entertainers as the Fringe World Festival makes a triumphant return.
With more to look forward to than ever before, the festival is perfect for those planning what to do in Perth.
Venues all around the city will be hosting festival events during the month, with everything from Connections Nightclub to the Northbridge Piazza all getting their turn in the spotlight. Perth will be transformed into the backdrop to a bevy of artists and performers.
From 6pm and 7pm every night, head to the Perth Cultural Centre to see some mermaids splashing around in the tank, or let your own hair down and kick off your shoes to join in on the Silent Disco at the Urban Orchard.

For a bit of thought-provoking debate and discussion, there's also All The Single Lad(ie)s, a show that centres on gender roles and double standards in the pop music scene.
