Brooks

Winner of the 'Best New Restaurant' title at the Time Out Food Awards this year, Brooks is quickly becoming a Melbourne hotspot.

Here you can find seasonal dishes such as duck with cumquats, carrot, caramelised milk skin and dried blueberry or tender wagyu beef with potatoes, artichoke puree and chicory - all washed down with an extensive wine list.

Saint Crispin

Named as one of the 10 hottest new Melbourne restaurants by The Age Good Food Guide, Saint Crispin features inspiring flavours and delicious dishes, created with care by chefs Scott Pickett and Joe Grbac.

Enjoy John Dory with octopus, celeriac and chickpeas or Greenvale pork with heirloom carrot, curried raisin and saffron. For dessert, try the blood orange parfait with white lemon yoghurt and mandarin.

Tonka

Featuring Indian food like you've never experienced before, Tonka is another restaurant endorsed by The Age Good Food Guide and steered by Executive Chef Adam D'Sylva and Head Chef Michael Smith.

The chefs pride themselves on producing modern Indian food and this vision comes through in their menu. Dishes such as soft-shell crab pakora with pickled cucumber, lemon, chilli and mint and Rajasthani duck with cucumber, mint and buffalo milk curd are sure to delight the taste-buds.
