Enjoy the fifth annual Broadbeach Jazz Festival this August. Get jazzy at the Broadbeach Jazz Festival

Jazz enthusiasts will definitely want to book a trip to Broadbeach this August as the fifth annual Broadbeach Jazz Festival takes over the town once more.

Prepare yourself for three spectacular days of rhythm, beats and smooth tunes as a variety of top Australian jazz artists light up the outdoor stages next month.

Best of all, there are a variety of Mantra holiday apartments in Broadbeach such as Mantra Broadbeach on the Park, so you can get close to all the action at the Broadbeach Jazz Festival.

Important details to remember

The 2013 Broadbeach Jazz Festival will be taking place from August 16-18 and is presented by the same award-winning team behind the popular Blues on Broadbeach Music Festival.

If you're wondering how best to get to the festival, the team behind it encourages environmentally-friendly modes of transport if possible - so there are a variety of bus and taxi services available to take on the day.

The most important thing to remember about this event is that it's completely free - you don't have to worry about the hassle of securing tickets, simply take yourself and a few friends or family members and get ready to enjoy some great jazz music.

There's a wide variety of exciting artists set to delight the crowds, with acts such as the Toni Pollard Quartet, Suavito, The Gentlemen's Swing Club and Dave Plotel all confirmed for this year's festival.

More Broadbeach attractions

If you've got some free time on your hands during the festival why not check out the other attractions Broadbeach has to offer?

The Pacific Fair Shopping Centre will satisfy anyone's retail urges and there are great beach locations to check out as well for a bit of sun, sand and surf fun.
