Visit Mindil Beach Sunset Market

This market is open between May and October with the theme of delicious Asian and Pacific flavours. From coconut milk to spicy satay dishes, you can grab yourself a delicious meal and dessert.

Darwin is known for its diversity, with Aboriginal, Pacific, Thai, Indonesian, European and Chinese cultures calling the city home, and influencing the array of cuisine on offer.

Give some new tastes a try in the gorgeous tropical environment as the sun starts to set. You can even sample some truly exotic flavours, including crocodile and buffalo! Follow it all up with a tasty sweet treat such as crepes or rice cake.

The markets aren't just home to sensational flavours, however. There are also plenty of great arts and crafts on offer, so if you're looking for a new outfit, piece of art or trinket, you'll be spoilt for choice.
