Not only is the location stunning, perched high on a coastline complete with rolling hills and breakaway ranges, but its Mediterranean climate makes it easy to enjoy a plethora of water activities all year round.

Sail

Get a taste of history aboard the replica Batavia Longboat. Board the boat to learn about one of the world's most bloody mutinies. It's a full-size replica of the original 17th century boat that carried survivors from the Batavia boat wreck. Get amongst the action by helping to tack the sails and steer the boat, or simply sit back and enjoy the sensation of sailing.

The Longboat sails most Sundays year-round, and children over the age of six are welcome aboard when accompanied by an adult. Sailing is free but donations are always appreciated!
