The first step on your Central Coast vacation is choosing your holiday accommodation. For spectacular views of the Ettalong Beach shoreline and hinterland, you can't go past Mantra Ettalong. From here you can access the beach's secluded bays, or simply lounge on your own private balcony as you take it all in.

Take the kids along to the Ettalong markets on Ocean View Road on Saturday or Sunday. They'll love the singing and other live entertainment on offer here, and you can peruse through the extensive range of fresh produce, homewares, apparel and arts and crafts. These markets have been running for over 30 years and are the biggest throughout the Central Coast, so they're simply a must-do when you're in Ettalong!

Let the kids blow off some steam at the Umina Beach playground. The area is large, new and jam packed full of climbing structures, swings, a slide and even a flying fox! There are also sun shades for parents to relax under while the little ones run amok, plus a barbecue for those who are looking to make a day of it.

For a unique cinematic experience, head down to Cinema Paradiso for quaint, art-deco surroundings with all the modern trimmings you'd expect of a movie theatre. If it's a warm night, park up at the outdoor screen and settle in for the latest blockbuster or art-house masterpiece.
