What is it?

The Kids Weekend is bit of a Surfers Paradise tradition, celebrating the start of the September holidays with an exciting program of events and entertainment.

The two days set the stage for a "top-to-bottom" takeover of Surfers Paradise that's one of the best children's events of the year, packed full of fun activities for kids to make the most of - and the best thing is, it's all free!

Last year saw The Wiggles favourite Dorothy the Dinosaur making a grand entrance to the festivities and entertaining everyone with her live show, and this year is sure to be no different with a variety of musical and other acts scheduled to perform.

Even more events will be held at the second Kids Weekend location of The High Street, so your children are sure to get a blast out of the experience.
