Family-friendly restaurants in Broadbeach.

Broadbeach is one of the trendiest spots on the Gold Coast, and is well-known for its popular cafes and restaurants.

To truly experience what the town has to offer, it's worthwhile trying at least a few of the eateries.

You may be worried about taking the kids out for a meal, but there are quite a few family-friendly options in Broadbeach - you just have to know where to look.

The good news is, we've taken care of all the research for you. Here are some great restaurants in Broadbeach that the whole family will enjoy!

1two3 Mediterranean Dining Lounge

When you pay for a meal, you want to sit down and eat something that is full of flavour - something that keeps you coming back for more.

You'll find just that at the 1two3 Mediterranean Dining Lounge & Bar. This popular restaurant prides itself on offering a "flexible dining experience".

The team at 1two3 Mediterranean encourage you to order food the way you want - be it dessert before dinner, or five small plates to share.

With this kind of flexibility, everyone in the family will be able to pick exactly what they want to eat. There is also a separate kids menu which features fun options such as popcorn chicken and spaghetti napolitana.

Aztec Montezuma

Mexico is a family-favourite. Who doesn't love nachos? Everyone will be happy dining at Aztec Montezuma Broadbeach.

The menu is large and varied, offering traditional options such as tacos, enchiladas and burritos, as well as something a little bit different, like the beef, corn and olive Tamale Pie.

If your little ones don't want to pick from the main menu, they can choose from Aztec Montezuma's "Munchkins" menu, otherwise known as the "Aztec Ankle Biters".

The meals on this menu are similar to the other options offered, only half-size.

There are also a few sweet treats to choose from for dessert, such as crème caramel and chocolate mousse - yum!

Mario's Italian

We've been to Mexico, we've been to the Mediterranean - now it's time to have a taste of Italy!

Mario's Italian Broadbeach is a spacious Italian restaurant and pizzeria with plenty of room for the whole family.

A tasty pizza is sure to go down a treat with the kids, while you can choose from a range of other options such as steak or seafood.

At Mario's they also cater for large groups, so if you are a holidaying with another family or two you may want to explore the option of a set menu.

Max Brenner Broadbeach

While the ever-popular Max Brenner chocolate shops are not exclusive to Broadbeach, there's no sweeter way to top off a family holiday than with a fondue or sundae from the bald man himself!

Swing by Max Brenner Broadbeach for dessert after trying out some of the above restaurants.

The only difficult thing about coming here will be getting your kids to choose what they want - every option on the long menu looks mouth-wateringly good!

What about family-friendly hotels in Broadbeach?

Now that you know where to go for great food, all you have to organise is somewhere to stay!

There are plenty of family-friendly hotels in Broadbeach, such as Mantra Sierra Grand which is located in the heart of the town, a mere stroll from cafes, shops and restaurants.

Mantra Broadbeach on the Park is another great option, opening onto a spacious park - perfect for morning walks.
