Thank you to the Mantra team for a fantastic stay. The room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Easter goodie pack for the kids were a great touch! We hope to stay there again in the future and wish you all the best.

Your reception staff need to be a lot more helpful than they are , being officious and robotic in hostility won't cut it . While the stay was OK we were never felt welcome, charges need to be explained upfront so guest can make an informed decision rather than being ambushed on checkout
